EDU Concierge
EDU Concierge is a custom call-center application that serves as a lead-management platform for the education vertical. The application integrates with the onsite dialer system and enables call-center agents to qualify students and match them to the schools they qualify for.
Additional features include script editing, advanced user management, and robust reporting, giving administrators full visibility and control over agent performance and lead flow. Interactive Lion designed and developed the EDU Concierge application from the ground up.
