The program
Interactive Lion Account Alerts is a text message program run by Interactive Lion, LLC for registered users of Lead Capsule, Offer Capsule and Bid Capsule. Messages cover:
- Updates on support tickets you have opened
- Account, billing and security notices
- For Bid Capsule users, alerts when you are outbid and when an auction you are in closes
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
How you opt in
You opt in by turning on text notifications in your account settings in Lead Capsule, Offer Capsule or Bid Capsule, entering your mobile number and selecting I Agree on the consent screen that follows. Text notifications stay off until you do, and you do not have to agree to text messages to use the products.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and nothing after that. You can also turn text messages off in your account settings. Reply START to subscribe again.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
